Projects

STPP provided AI ethics recommendations to case managers at OLHSA who provide critical aid to vulnerable individuals, families, and communities. When used carefully and responsibly, AI tools may help case managers complete their administrative tasks more efficiently, freeing up more time to focus on direct service to clients. At the same time, case managers must make sure that their AI use aligns with OLHSA's human service mission, and does not undermine accountability, trust, or care.
